**Job Description

Vestas is looking for a highly motivated Process Improvement Coordinator to join its team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, supporting incident management systems, and adapting workforce to tasks.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop KPIs and Optimize Workflows: Create measurable goals to improve work processes and optimize daily activities.
  • Support IMS and Manage Documentation: Schedule safety walks, manage documentation, and ensure employees receive proper training.
  • Adapt Workforce and Provide Training: Plan daily activities, adapt workforce to tasks, and provide necessary training.
  • Continuously Improve Processes: Handle daily processes, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Proven experience in administration, mechanical, electrical, or hydraulics background within a similar industry. Highly skilled in processes, documentation, and project work, including turnarounds. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience in creating KPIs.
