Director of Service Improvement and Assurance

The Director of Service Improvement and Assurance will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring our care homes meet the highest standards of care.
This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to drive improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Analyse data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement projects.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience.
