We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Director of Quality Improvement.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within the organisation, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with the Medical Director and other senior leaders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • To lead and coordinate the annual Trust Quality Account (Quality Report) so that its meets national specification for format, content, and external assurance.
  • Undertake a key leadership role within the organisation, being visible and working closely with senior clinical leaders, managers, and frontline staff in ward and team settings to develop and influence high quality care for patients.
  • Provide robust and contemporaneous evidence for external scrutiny and assessments relating to clinical effectiveness, including those required by Commissioners and the Care Quality Commission.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working, access to education and training opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
