We're looking for an experienced Hiring Partnerships Manager to join our team

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to understand current and future hiring requirements
  • Implement effective strategies to source the right talent, at the right time
  • Provide recruitment advice and guidance to stakeholders
  • Develop innovative solutions for attracting top talent, including workforce planning and early careers strategies
  • Manage individual recruitment requirements up to joining the business
  • Coach and mentor members of the Talent Acquisition Team

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience of managing engineering recruitment within a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Proven experience of designing and implementing attraction campaigns using online and offline methodologies
  • Experience of running recruitment events, internally and externally
  • Confident use of digital advertising, including social media
  • Knowledge of employment legislation in relation to recruitment
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems and standard computer packages
  • Full UK driving license

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
