Talent Acquisition Specialist

NRG Resourcing Ltd in Sunderland is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team.

About the Role

This position involves supporting the wider People team with generalist HR duties, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, policy updates, and special projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in generalist HR and be a people-focused individual.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support employee relations by providing coaching, updates on changes in legislation, and support for employees.
  2. Assist with performance management, including performance reviews, goal setting, and talent development.
  3. Participate in the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  4. Update and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Contribute to initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (ED&I), talent acquisition, and benefits.
