Vestas, a world-leading renewable energy company, is looking for a Document and Service Coordinator to join their Global Service Supply Chain & Tools – Warehouse team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing KPIs to improve work and processes, supporting the Incident Management System (IMS), scheduling safety walks, and managing documentation.

Apart from these tasks, you will adapt the workforce to tasks, ensure employees receive proper training, plan daily activities, and optimize workflows.

We require a proven history in administration, preferably from a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulics field within the industry. You should also be highly experienced in processes, documentation, and project work, including turnarounds.

The salary for this role is estimated at $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
