Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Getting In Limited. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support, ensuring that all patients receive timely and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain practice appointment systems, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Process patient requests and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Manage patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, freeing up time for more complex and critical tasks.
  • Ensure that all patient data is handled securely and confidentially, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and experience.
  • Engage with patients, families, and carers to understand their needs and preferences, informing care planning and delivery.
