Job Title:

A Regional Sales Manager is required for a successful fenestration business to help increase the company profile and drive sales growth.

About the Company:

Our client manufactures and supplies skylights, roof lights, and large glass roofs for the commercial, retail, and domestic market. They take pride in their products and strive to provide the best experience for their customers.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to target profitable growth from specification, project, and customer leads.
  • Establish relationships with new customers and initiate the sales process.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop strategies and agree on promotions.
  • Liaise with various departments as appropriate.

Salary and Benefits:

An estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus car allowance and performance bonus up to 25% of salary.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in economics/industrial engineering or similar
  • Industry and product knowledge of windows and doors
  • Computer literacy and MS Office package proficiency
  • ERP and CRM system knowledge
  • Forward thinking and sales driven attitude
  • Willingness to travel
