Senior Business Development Manager for Fenestration

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for Fenestration to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the fenestration industry.
About the Role:
- Achieving a turnover of circa £1.2m with an average order value of £5k-£10k.
- Maintaining a sales pipeline of 70% new business and 30% account management.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience within the fenestration industry.
- Ability to sell to contractors and installers or showrooms.
- Driven, target-focused, and a team player with analytical thinking skills.
What We Offer:
- Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 negotiable + monthly commission circa 2% of all sales.
