Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Factors Senior Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Factors and experience in leading projects in the nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Human Factors projects in the nuclear industry, providing specialist support to our clients.
  • Develop and implement Human Factors solutions to improve safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Human and Organisational Factors team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in the application of Human Factors.
  • At least 5 years' experience applying Human Factors skills and knowledge within the UK Nuclear Industry.
  • Technical knowledge in Human Factors, including Human Factors Integration and Human Reliability Assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree qualified in Ergonomics/Human Factors or can demonstrate HF competency.
