Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst to join our team at Stobart. As a key player in the production and delivery of our people metrics and data reporting, you will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, maintaining high standards of accuracy at all times.
  • HR System Improvements: Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements which will create better data reporting and increase the accuracy of HR data through validation reporting.
  • Data Interpretation: Collaborate and work in partnership with HR Business Partners, to interpret and analyse data trends, offering expert opinion and guidance.
  • Reporting Schedule: Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule, allocating and prioritising other work to accommodate deadlines.
  • Data Analysis: Produce and interpret large volumes of data with the ability to identify trends and variances, making recommendations that drive efficiency and deliver improvements into the HR service offering.
  • Process Understanding: Understand and adhere to internal processes whilst striving for continuous improvement.
  • MI Requests: Understand, interpret, and provide feedback and suggestions on MI requests.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to respond quickly to requests for MI support.
  • Organizational Structure: Process organizational structure changes in the selected HR system.
  • Policy and Procedure: Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to undertake departmental work.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports which are suitable for a range of audiences.
Requirements
  • i-trent Experience: Must have previous experience of using i-trent.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Advanced skill level in Microsoft office applications in particular Microsoft Excel with a focus on complex formulae, data analysis and VBA is essential.
  • HR System Knowledge: HR system and SAP Success Factors System is highly desirable.
  • HR System Experience: Experience and understanding of other HR systems; including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management and Learning and Development is desirable.
  • Accuracy and Deadlines: Maintaining a high level of accuracy whilst working to deadlines is a requirement for the role.
  • Autonomy and Communication: You must have the ability to work autonomously, as well as within the wider HR team. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, being confident in managing relationships at all levels.
