Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our Human and Organisational Factors team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills on a wide range of Human Factors projects in safety-critical domains, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Human Factors projects in the nuclear industry for our key clients, and support projects in a wider range of industries beyond nuclear.
  • Develop and pursue your career interests in a dynamic consultancy environment.
  • Engage with clients and assume responsibility for delivering technical projects.
  • Develop your Human Factors skillset and challenge yourself to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years' total experience in the application of Human Factors.
  • At least 5 years' experience applying Human Factors skills and knowledge within the UK Nuclear Industry.
  • Technical knowledge in Human Factors, including Human Factors Integration, Human Reliability Assessment, and substantiation.
  • Good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Degree qualified in Ergonomics/Human Factors, or can demonstrate HF competency through Chartership.
