As a Customer Success Business Partner at VANRATH, you will play a vital role in ensuring the long-term success of our clients' businesses. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet clients' evolving needs, leveraging expertise in account management, sales, and marketing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a business or IT field, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role. They will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, they will have a solid understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles.
