Customer Success Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet clients' evolving needs, leveraging expertise in account management, sales, and marketing.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality results.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a business or IT field, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role. They will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, they will have a solid understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles.
