About the Job

We are seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist to join our team, who will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through their financial journey, providing exceptional support every step of the way.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building a successful career in financial services. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a positive client experience. Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within financial services or sales, is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Sales Development: Using your skills and experiences in sales build robust relationships with Yopa Estate Agency clients securing financial services appointments and identify opportunities to introduce clients to our range of products and services supporting the growth of our business.
  • Appointment Setting: Manage and schedule appointments for clients in partnership with our team of brokers.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks efficiently including document management data entry and maintaining accurate client records to ensure cases are completed efficiently and in line with FCA regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:
