We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst. The successful candidate will act as a single point of contact for all IT related queries, providing timely and effective support to our staff. Key responsibilities include answering telephone calls, handling email and Web portal contacts, and recording and classifying incidents in our Service Desk tool.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and be highly customer-focused. The role involves performing initial support, investigation, and diagnosis, ensuring that all requests follow standard processes and are recorded in the Service Desk tool. You will coordinate with 2nd and 3rd line teams to attain resolution within SLA and to customer satisfaction.
