Automotive Administrative Support Specialist

Octane Recruitment are a leading Recruitment agency specialising in Automotive, Motor trade, Engineering, OEM and various related industries. We are currently recruiting for an Automotive Administrative Support Specialist to work for our client's car supermarket site in the Rugby area.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is £17,940 per annum.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Publishing Admin Support who can provide administrative support to our clients' car supermarket site in Rugby. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
- Checking all vehicle documents are correct and in place;
- Adding vehicle documents to the database;
- Creating documents folders for every vehicle and placing it to each vehicle;
- Other administrative duties;
This is a superb opportunity for an automotive professional to work for a busy and well-established car supermarket site, working for a fantastic brand.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Excellent administrative skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Time management;
- Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team;
- Good motor trade knowledge;
