As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our operations team, ensuring seamless resolution of technical issues within our Fulfillment Center.
About the RoleThis position is the second level of support for the operations of the Fulfillment Center, serving as a resource to Technical Support Technicians while also representing the IT department to internal customers. You will work closely with our team to resolve technical problems covering multiple disciplines, including network engineering and troubleshooting, project management, and data cabling.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to the operations team, utilizing your skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with Technical Support Technicians to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Mentor and assist junior staff members in their technical development.
- Contribute to the improvement of our IT systems and processes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 1+ years of experience in corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry-relevant certifications.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with high customer service standards.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
