Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker in Hinckley, Leicestershire. As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with our service users to provide individualised support, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
  • Supporting our people to access the community; including social activities and appointments
  • Supporting with personal care.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Encouraging and promoting independence

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and caring individual who has experience of working with vulnerable adults. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be committed to delivering high-quality care services.
