Early Childhood Development Coach

As an Early Childhood Development Coach, you will work closely with families and caregivers to support the development of young children with special needs. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of each child and develop individualized plans to meet those needs. You will also provide coaching and support to families and caregivers to help them implement these plans and promote the overall development of their child. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that the child receives comprehensive services and support. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
