About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and communicative individual to join our team as a Mortgage Administrator. As a key point of contact for customers during case progression, you will be responsible for daily liaison with brokers within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit new business to lenders efficiently, timely, and accurately.
- Work closely with lenders, brokers, and customers to achieve speedy mortgage offers.
- Be a key point of contact for customers during case progression.
- Accurately capture and record information regarding submitted applications.
- Sell and apply for Buildings & Contents policies for clients introduced to Scout.

- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively to achieve targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence to pitch, present, and close for insurance sales.
What We Offer:
