Engineering Operations Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Engineering Operations Specialist to join our team in Leicester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing setting out and quality control services to ensure that contract works are constructed to specification in a safe manner, while maintaining accurate site records.
This role involves:
- Providing setting out and quality control services to ensure contract works are constructed to specification;
- Maintaining accurate site records;
- Inspecting site work to verify compliance with specifications and drawings;
- Preparing construction programmes, method statements, action plans, and risk assessments;
- Liaising with the design department to ensure updated information is used;
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and compliance with best practices;
- Assist in taking off quantities from drawings for measurement purposes;
- Support the completion of construction documentation;
- Ensure high-quality workmanship in line with specifications and best practices;
- Maintain required quality records.
Expected Salary: £48,750 per annum
