Job Description

We are currently seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Be:technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in email marketing, social media scheduling, PPC, and SEO. They will also be proficient in graphic design software and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Optimise social media platforms to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Plan and execute paid social and PPC campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Refine SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Design and create visually appealing graphics and content.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance to inform future strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus.
  • Hands-on expertise with email marketing, social media scheduling, PPC, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset paired with analytical thinking.
