Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Business Development and Account Management teams. As the Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Create and track key metrics to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous growth aligned with our business strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the Business Development team pipeline and performance, providing regular performance review meetings and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity.
  • Customer Success: Lead the Sales and Account Managers team in building trusted relationships with Enva customers, developing knowledge of our services and products.
  • Leadership and Development: Attract, retain, and grow a high-potential talent pool of team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience in B2B, Account Management, and Relationship Management roles in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead multiple functions and build high-performing teams across Sales, Customer Support, and Account Management.
  • Commercial Acumen: High degree of commercial acumen, with the ability to understand business issues and challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC and technical knowledge, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
