**Fleet Assistant**

**Working Pattern: 37 hrs per week - Monday to Friday**

**Location: Bilsthorpe, Nottingham NG22**

Via is currently looking for a Fleet Assistant to join our Fleet Services Team based at our Head Office in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.

You will provide a wide range of administrative and customer service duties at Bilsthorpe and depot locations to support the business as part of the Fleet Services Team.

**The Job**

Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Undertake administrative tasks on behalf of the business to contribute to the delivery of the Fleet Services
- Respond to queries in person or over the phone from internal and external customers
- Accurately input and manage data in IT systems on behalf of the team to support business procedures
- Control, order and monitor the use of Fleet resources to ensure cost, quality and stock levels
- Operate flexibly to provide administrative and reception cover at each depot to enable the Fleet Service Team to maintain a consistent and high-quality service
- Plan and prioritise work to meet operational deadlines to facilitate service delivery

**The Person**

Mainly you will be excited to be a vital part of our Fleet Services Team, but there are just a few other things we’d like from you:
- Knowledge gained through practical experience in an administrative or customer service environment
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload and react to customer queries in a busy office environment
