Job Title: New Business Outbound Telesales ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team at Enva. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing new relationships and developing commercial benefits from our on-demand PAYG customer segment for hazardous workshop waste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and target specified geographic regions for proactive outbound calling to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to clearly establish full-service requirements and promote future frequent order placement with our PAYG customers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects to target with support from our group marketing function, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for number of new business oil wins, volume, and value, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Deal with all inbound PAYG enquiries escalated from customer services, tracking via CRM to closure stage, and ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Meet weekly targets for conversion of inbound enquiries, demonstrating strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Utilize existing customer base to actively develop and promote a variety of waste service lines depending on seasonality, business demands, and promotional offers.
  • Identify opportunities and initiatives to win back previous PAYG customers that have lapsed, leveraging your sales and customer service expertise.
  • Advise customers on correct segregation and compliance best practice with hazardous waste regulations, improving inbound waste material and increasing spend.
  • Administrate setting up of new customers and place orders accordingly, ensuring efficient and effective customer onboarding.
  • Achieve weekly group KPI targets and comment/submits reports on the development of these vs budget, driving business performance and growth.
  • Work alongside Group marketing to design supportive media and collateral to support ongoing promotions or initiatives, enhancing our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyze data to make recommendations for future sales campaigns, driving business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven sales background with experience in a target-driven environment and a strong understanding of CRM.
  • A proactive ability to independently develop new business, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong telephone manner.
  • Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people.
  • Well-organized and self-disciplined, with the ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure, and a strong personal commitment to supporting the business in achieving its goals in a changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective and positive working relationships within and outside of the department.
  • High levels of integrity, with a professional approach in all interactions, being transparent, open, and honest in all dealings.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations and/or systems, with a willingness to learn and a track record of improvement via personal development and/or training courses.
