Customer Experience Manager Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at GES EMEA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing targeted email campaigns to improve customer interactions.
  • Managing and maintaining our email database, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GDPR regulations.
  • Collaborating with our marketing team and agency partners to leverage marketing technology for optimal results.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Expertise in customer experience strategies, including email marketing and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with Marketo (or similar) and Salesforce knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $90,000, based on their experience.
