Customer Experience Manager

Ambis is a leading provider of ERP software solutions. We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
- Work with Account Managers to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Collaborate with the support team, sales team, and implementation team to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Travel to client sites in the UK and Ireland, with occasional trips to the office in Halesowen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ERP software and its applications.
