With a strong foundation in SAP (ECC) and a proven track record of successful system implementations, you will spearhead the implementation and deployment of new customer service processes within the SAP ECC and RPOS systems. This will ensure seamless integration with operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service operation within the automotive aftermarket supply chain.

A dynamic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a process-oriented approach will thrive in this role. You will conduct in-depth root cause analysis on complex data and craft strategic interventions to mitigate issues. With your expertise in Customer Service within the Automotive Industry and a solid understanding of the Aftermarket Supply Chain, you will make a significant impact.

Salary: £35.44/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

This role is located in Whitley, Coventry, offering easy access to major transport links and a vibrant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and deploy new customer service processes within the SAP ECC and RPOS systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on complex data and develop strategic interventions to mitigate issues.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service operation within the automotive aftermarket supply chain.
