We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to lead and inspire two teams in Customer Service and Account Management at The Fuel Store Ltd, a family-run business with over 8 years of experience transforming the Fleet and Fuel industry. As a dynamic leader, you will play a crucial role in customer success and profitability, developing and executing customer retention strategies and optimising revenue streams.

The primary responsibilities include managing a successful customer team in two key areas: customer service and account management. You will achieve and exceed set key performance indicators and customer metrics, grow team performance, and provide exceptional coaching and leadership skills. A strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment are essential.

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + Bonus Scheme per annum. Benefits include a Pension Scheme, Health & Wellbeing, Holiday Entitlement, Career Progression, Incentives & Bonus, and others. We believe that our services will allow customers to reach heights they didn't even know possible.
