We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to drive our vocational education initiatives in the UK – Midlands region. This role will focus on driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence in the vocational education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for your region to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities through targeted prospecting, presentations, and data-driven strategies.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial forecasts and commercial performance reporting.
Market Analysis and Data-Driven Strategy
  • Analyse and leverage local & regional market data and trends to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal lead account management efforts by aligning Pearson's curriculum solutions with educational institutions' needs, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering lasting, growth-oriented relationships.
Sales Performance and Growth Reporting
  • Provide clear, data-rich reports and feedback to support strategic planning and ensure timely adjustments to align with market demands and business goals.
  • Offer flexible support across the team as needed to achieve overall regional sales objectives and grow market share.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car, as travel will be required.
