Youth Development Worker

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of interactions and interventions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging activities and programs that promote socialization and skill-building.
- Communicate effectively with families, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working with vulnerable populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software applications.
