Youth Support and Safety Advocate

We Care Bespoke Ltd is seeking an experienced Youth Support and Safety Advocate to join our team as a Residential Care Worker on night shifts. This role requires 37 hours per week, including approximately 3 x 12-hour shifts, with opportunities for additional overtime.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing evening support for daily activities, personal care routines, and medication administration.
- Maintaining the child's physical, emotional, and safety well-being throughout the night.
- Accurate record-keeping and thorough reporting of any concerns or incidents.
- Working closely with day staff to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive support.
- Thorough handovers and maintaining open communication.
- Reporting any concerns regarding child health, behavior, or safeguarding.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a children's residential setting.
- Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (children) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction.
- UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
