Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nighttime Care Specialist to join our team at We Care Bespoke Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring 37 hours of work per week, with opportunities for additional overtime. As a Nighttime Care Specialist, you will provide vital support to vulnerable children and young people in our residential care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Support evening activities, personal care routines, medication administration, and food preparation.
- Maintain the child's health, personal, emotional well-being, and safety throughout their stay.
- Accurately document all interactions and incidents.
- Complete household chores during the night and assist day staff with preparation.
- Ensure thorough handovers and report any concerns regarding child health, behavior, or safeguarding.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a children's residential setting.
- Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (children) or equivalent qualification.
- High-level communication skills and ability to take direction.
- A UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
