Overview of Job

Our team at SeeAbility is looking for a Support Worker to join us in Southmoor, Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Key Requirements

* Valid full UK manual driving license* Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow* Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure* Proactive approach to problem-solving and handling challenging situations* Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills* Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and responsibilities* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge* Adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines related to safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection* Participation in regular supervision and performance management discussions to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

Salary and Benefits

£12.00 per hour (£23,400 per annum) plus benefits, including paid induction and overtime pay beyond 37.5 contracted hours.
