Lifeways Group is a leading provider of specialist support services for individuals with complex needs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team in Stanley.

Job Description:

As a Residential Life Enrichment Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our service users to lead independent lives. This will involve assisting with daily activities, household chores, and personal care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support service users with daily activities, such as swimming, shopping, and social events
  • Assist with household chores, including cooking, laundry, and cleaning
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, and feeding (as needed)
  • Work on a shift pattern rota basis, including some weekend working
