About the Role

Croft Community School is seeking an experienced Healthcare and Education Support Worker to provide high-quality support and care to our students. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare and education support to students with special educational needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and other professionals
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of individualized support plans
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and support provided

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
    • Basic knowledge of child development and special educational needs

  • A competitive salary of £24,027 - £24,404 per annum, pro rata
    • 27 days annual leave (increasing to 32 days after 5 years' service)
