We are seeking an experienced Conference Logistics Executive to join our client, a leading conference and exhibition organiser. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven background in supporting corporate events and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with event teams to confirm theatre capacities and specific AV requirements.
  2. Provide AV suppliers with detailed briefs and negotiate to ensure best prices without compromising quality.
  3. Maintain operations budgets, including accurate AV cost tracking.
  4. Execute speaker agreements and manage fees, expenses, and accommodation schedules in line with budgets.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and proofread conference programmes for accuracy.
  6. Organise logistical requirements for special events outside the exhibition hall.
  7. Oversee AV technical teams, theatre staff, and speaker lounge operations during events.
  8. Compile and coordinate staff schedules in collaboration with Event Directors and Operations teams.
  9. Conduct post-event reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

Candidates must have similar experience gained from working within a conference environment and have a proven background of supporting corporate events.

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
