The Role

We are seeking an experienced Conference & Logistics Manager to act as the conduit between Show Directors, Marketing Managers, Operations teams, suppliers, and speakers to ensure each event runs smoothly.

  • Manage a team to train, develop, and support colleagues in their roles.
  • Liaise with event teams to confirm theatre capacities and specific AV requirements.
  • Provide detailed briefs of AV requirements to suppliers and ensure accurate quotes are received.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices without compromising on quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date operations budgets with AV costs.
  • Manage speaker fees and expenses within event budgets.
  • Coordinate speaker accommodation schedules.
  • Compile staff schedules with Event Directors and Operations teams.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and reporting.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
