This is an exciting opportunity to join Skedaddle as a Customer Experience Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our international cycling holidays.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized, professional, and exceeds expectations. You will work closely with our Customer Service Manager and wider teams to develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat
• Proactive sales tasks to drive bookings and revenue growth
• Processing bookings and managing trip details
• Finalizing tours to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Gathering and acting on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• General office administration and support to the team
