About the Role
We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our Claims team at Suncorp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with their claims.
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing claims customers.
- Communicate policy entitlements and explain claims and repair processes to customers as needed.
You Will Enjoy This Role If:
- You have a passion for helping people and making a difference.
- You have previous customer service experience and a high level of computer literacy.
- You are able to work from home with a quiet, private space and necessary equipment.
