Job Overview

We're seeking an Execution Specialist to join our Global Business Services team, where you'll play a key role in simplifying customer services operations and internal support services.

Your mission will be to bring together and simplify customer services operations and internal support services, delivering great experiences, simplifying, and innovating, and driving profitability across a global operating footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for prioritizing and managing day-to-day field execution and customer experiences within strict deadlines, operational business rules, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer service, identify customer needs and potential needs, ensuring it is the driving force behind the entire customer experience.
  • Actively participate in communication of escalating risk and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively in line with business priorities to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Articulate relevant, timely, accurate, and high-quality communications for exceptional stakeholder management and customer experiences, whilst maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
About You

We're looking for someone with a strong background in delivering either field or field workflow execution, strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving, critical thinking, and proficient stakeholder management and/or customer service expertise.

Highly desirable qualifications include continuous improvement, data modeling, and experience in a hybrid work environment.
