Our client, a leading player in the Foodservice Equipment industry, is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to join their team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the long-term success of key accounts across the UK and EMEA regions.
The successful Global Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile strategic global clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic account plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and working to secure new business.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets for global key accounts.
- Leading contract negotiations with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure that the needs of key accounts are met.
The ideal candidate will have proven Key Account Management sales experience, ideally within the Catering Equipment, Foodservice, or FMCG industries. They must have experience managing global or multinational accounts and be able to influence at senior stakeholder level. Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Travel is required, with overnight stays.
