Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Executive to join our team at Havas Media Ltd. As a key member of our Global Client team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Global Account Manager to coordinate and communicate with local agency teams, clients, and partners.
- Deploy global processes and guidelines in local markets and ensure local team compliance.
- Act as a key point of contact for local teams, providing support, training, and advice to resolve challenges and improve understanding of global processes and guidelines.
- Support the Global Client team in developing best practices globally and promoting a test & learn and knowledge sharing culture.
- Collect and validate local team deliverables, ensuring high-quality output and accurate data.
- Coordinate regular local market connect initiatives, supporting the Global Client team and suggesting ways to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Develop an understanding of local market challenges in strategy, activation, media planning, and buying across all communication channels.
- Develop an understanding of media investment principles, practices, and performance, and apply them to concrete tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for certain global clients on planning/activation-led matters.
- Work with the Global Account Manager on monthly financial invoicing and reconciliation.
- Be the owner of ClientSpace, responsible for managing user access and content, and proactively following up with local teams and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- Previous relevant experience in the media/marketing industry.
- 1 year of experience in client servicing or media planning.
- Strong soft skills and competencies, including continuous learning, attention to detail, tenacity, self-motivation, collaboration, effective communication, and cultural awareness.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and confident in handling large quantities of data.
