Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Supplier Manager to join our team at Sea Global. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead strategic supplier relationships and drive value creation within our organization.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary of £67,500 - £77,000 per annum, plus a bonus structure and an excellent benefits package, including a strong pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance, and 28 days' holiday.

Job Description

This key role reports into the Head of Supplier Management and involves managing a Supplier Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles within large, complex organizations and a proven track record in end-to-end best practice Supplier Relationship Management with internal and external vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Supplier Management and manage another junior member of the team.
  • Ensure alignment between the business and suppliers on business strategy to maximize the value of the relationship.
  • Serve as the voice of the supplier within the business and departments as appropriate.
  • Nurture company-wide productive relationships at all levels and across different subject matter interest groups.
  • Ensure operational compliance against risk control frameworks managed by the business and covered under contract.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a large, complex organization.
  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end best practice Supplier Relationship Management with internal and external vendors.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritize.
