We are seeking an organised and professional Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering telephone calls and directing callers to the appropriate person.
  • Dealing with routine and difficult enquiries from telephone callers and visitors effectively and professionally.
  • Conveying messages clearly and accurately.
  • Signing in arrivals and obtaining signatures for goods collected on the appropriate form.
  • Checking deliveries and signing paperwork.
  • Booking meeting rooms and informing staff of availability.
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept presentable at all times.
  • Providing administrative support and housekeeping duties as needed.

Key skills required include:

  • Ability to show initiative and establish positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to take on a variety of tasks and be proactive in supporting the team.
  • Proficiency in IT systems.
