Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organised and professional Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering telephone calls and directing callers to the appropriate person.
- Dealing with routine and difficult enquiries from telephone callers and visitors effectively and professionally.
- Conveying messages clearly and accurately.
- Signing in arrivals and obtaining signatures for goods collected on the appropriate form.
- Checking deliveries and signing paperwork.
- Booking meeting rooms and informing staff of availability.
- Ensuring the reception area is kept presentable at all times.
- Providing administrative support and housekeeping duties as needed.
Key skills required include:
- Ability to show initiative and establish positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to take on a variety of tasks and be proactive in supporting the team.
- Proficiency in IT systems.
