We are an online retailer based on the Fairfield Industrial Estate, in Louth. Our core product range is Home and Garden tools / accessories.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team in Louth where you will be working on your own initiative to administer our internal systems which include but not limited to:
- Actively monitoring our performance and sales on eBay/Amazon and our Website.
- Monitoring carrier delivery performance through our internal systems, ensuring customers orders arrive on time.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues via our online ticketing system.
- All internal/external customer related queries and any other duty required
- Notifying reps and customers of missing items.
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure customer orders are complete, stock inventory is reconciled and all product information is kept updated.
- Enter and process updates on our internal CRM system.
- Regular product updates and checks for our product catalogue.
- Other general administrative duties as and when required.
Desired skills
- Computer literate with understanding of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
- A team player.
- Confident, enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative.
- Forward and creative thinker.
- Driving license desirable but not essential.
- Basic knowledge or understanding of simple machinery.
- Previous experience working on internal CRM's or customer query platforms.
- Previous eCommerce experience is desired but not essential.

**Salary**: From £22,500.00 per year
