**PA / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT**

**LOUTH**

**£25k - £30k**

**09:00 hours - 17:00 hours, Mon-Fri (flexible)**

Are you an experienced PA / Executive Assistant looking for a great opportunity to join a well-established and successful company, with a turn-over last year of C10M?

The successful PA / Administrator will be responsible for overseeing Administration for the company, which deals with high end new and used print and packaging machines to key clients worldwide.

This is a genuinely exciting, newly created, opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and pro-active PA to contribute to the company’s development and future success.

As the Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of efficiency, supporting the MD in his day-to-day operations. Your role will encompass a blend of administrative tasks, calendar management, travel coordination, and communication.

**Key Responsibilities PA/Administrator**:

- Manage MD’s calendar, appointments and meetings with precision
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and logistics flawlessly
- Deal with client enquiries efficiently and effectively
- Host on site meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodation worldwide
- General administration tasks associated with a busy MD
- Update and manage customer contact lists, ensuring they are always up to date
- Devise a comprehensive filing system

**Personal Specification**:

- Previous experience working as a PA/Senior Administrator
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Self-motivated, with ability to work under direction where necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Smartly presented
