About the Role: As an HR Coordinator at Catalyst Partners, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting HR and Recruitment functions. This exciting opportunity requires your passion for HR and ability to deliver administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process, ensuring GDPR compliance, and providing support for payroll processes and benefits administration. You will also generate regular HR reports and maintain the HRIS system.

In terms of Essential Requirements, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR within Financial Services or Professional Services. A Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards Level 5 is preferred. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office packages is essential. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also required.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
