Role Overview:

As an HR Integration Specialist at Smart Communications group, you will be responsible for coordinating the HR Integration plan for acquired companies. This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our organization.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who has worked in a similar role, preferably in a coordinator-level position or above. Your experience in managing projects and your ability to multi-task will be essential in this role.

You must have excellent diplomatic skills, be able to drive timely results, and possess expert investigation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Additionally, you should be able to make balanced judgments using imperfect information and have strong interpersonal skills to connect with and influence all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate initial post-acquisition tasks and documentation.
  2. Support and champion the HR onboarding process for newly acquired employees.
