Drive business growth in the Embedded Computing Division at IC Resources, focusing on Transportation, Aerospace, and Defence markets.

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to lead new business development by engaging high-potential customers and creating bespoke solutions.

Your Role:

  • Develop strategic relationships across R&D to CEO levels to understand customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, aligning strategies with industry demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and close deals.

**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or commercial discipline.
  • Proven experience in selling embedded computing solutions, particularly in rugged computing systems for defence, aerospace, and transportation.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a successful sales track record.
  • Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for conveying complex technical information.
